Here are some of the most common questions we get. If you have a question, this is the best place to get it answered!

On a normal basis, we apologize that we cannot offer returns or exchanges. If the item(s) you’ve received are damaged upon arrival, however, we will replace or refund you at no cost. Be sure to send valid, clear pictures to make the process smoother.

If you selected the wrong size or just changed your mind, we’re afraid we cannot honor a return or exchange in those cases. Due to the made-on-demand nature of our fulfillment, items are made after a customer orders them — a stock of our apparels’ designs are not kept.

On a case-by-case basis, we may be able to be more lenient in the case of sizing exchanges. Please feel free to contact us if you really enjoy the product but it just doesn’t fit right.

Estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days

Your order will be sent out for shipment, on average, within 3 days of ordering. During times of high volume, it can take a little longer (up to 7 business days).

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees, so please keep this in mind. We cannot mark shipments as gifts or as a lower value than they actually are.

Order never arrived:

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know.

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. It may be in your interest to contact the shipping courier as they would have more details than us in the event of your package not arriving.

If your order is marked as delivered by the shipping courier, we cannot send another one (only at cost to you, should you want that option). If your order was not marked as delivered and the courier confirms it is lost, we can ship another order out at no cost to you.

Splish Points are what you receive as a reward for your loyalty shopping here on Splished*. For every dollar you spend, you earn 3 Splish Points that you can then use on your next order as a discount.

  • You will receive 100 points simply for registering an account!
  • For every unique product review you post, you’ll earn 300 points.

*An account is required for you to be able to receive Splish Points, as it’s the only way for them to be stored.

If your package never arrives and the tracking does not indicate it was delivered, we can ship out a replacement at no cost to you. Please bear in mind that this is only the case if you choose a shipping option with tracking. In the case of untraceable packages (no tracking purchased), we cannot offer a replacement. We recommend always choosing a shipping option with tracking.

If you have tracking and it shows your package was delivered, please contact the courier with your tracking number. They should have more information on where they put your package or how to obtain it.

We utilize three different providers to process payments — you have a choice as to which to use, like whatever is most convenient for you. These are the providers:

PayPal

PayPal is a popular choice to make payments with online. Even if you don’t have an account while shopping with us, you can enter your card details with PayPal and create one on the fly.

Amazon Pay

Shop at Amazon? Then you have an Amazon account. You can pay for your orders using the card details you have saved with Amazon; quick and convenient.

Stripe

Just want to enter your card details and not log into an account like above? We utilize Stripe, and through them we can accept a wide variety of debit and credit card payments. If you’re on Safari, there is an Apple Pay option. Additionally, on Chrome you’ll be able to pay via Google.

Note: each of these services offer their own methods of payment, which include but aren’t limited to the following: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diner’s Club, and Discover.

After you’ve successfully checked out and made payment, we’ll start processing your order right away. Our fulfillment process requires an additional step: all items that are ordered are made-to-order (printing or embroidery of apparel). Thus, it takes a little longer to ship your order out. It normally takes 2-7 business days for this process to complete, normally with processing being on the shorter side of those days — 3 days on average.

After your items are ready, they’ll be shipped out per the shipping method you’ve chosen. With most shipping options, you’ll receive a tracking number. Use this to keep track of where your package is, and if something is wrong, contact the courier with your tracking number at hand.

Depending on where you live, your order will be sent to you from the most convenient warehouse that has the apparel at hand. Warehouses are located in the US states of California and North Carolina, with the European warehouse residing in and Riga, Latvia.

Please note that if the warehouse closest to you does not have the item(s) you’ve ordered, your order will be routed to another warehouse.

For European shoppers, please keep that in mind as orders may be shipped overseas, possibly calling for customs fees based on the price of your items. If certain items in your order are not available in the warehouse, they’ll need to be shipped from the United States.

European countries that automatically use the Latvian warehouse if items are in stock:

We apologize for the inconvenience! Any time an order is made, we get it fulfilled using plain, quality apparel and have our designs and details printed or embroidered onto them. We don’t keep any stock of what we sell. Due to this, it takes a little longer to get your order shipped out. Normally items are processed in the shorter time frame between 2 and 7 business days, but sometimes the fulfillment center may get backlogged, so the extra days are “just in case.”

But don’t worry — the wait is worth it to get splished.

We’ll try, and most likely! Most apparel that’s ready for embroidery or printing is located both in the United States and Europe, but the US warehouses will normally have a wider color variety. If the items you order are available in the European warehouse, they will be sent from there.

We cannot guarantee shipping EU to EU, and items may come from the US.
