Due to the nature of how Splished operates, we cannot offer returns for items based on reasons such as incorrect sizing choice or if you simply change your mind. Once you’ve received an item, we can return or replace it based on limitations below.

Replacements and Returns

We will review replacement or return requests only if

  1. there is a missing item in your order or a damaged product
  2. incorrect product or sizes in your order (items do not match order form)
  3. we receive your complaint submission within 20 days after the delivery date.


We will process requests on a case-by-case basis, and we do apologize in advance if the item you’ve received doesn’t fit right. Although we cannot offer an exchange in all situations, please feel free to contact us if you enjoy the product but the sizing isn’t quite right for you. We’ll see what we can do.
