Heated tech jackets are actually super useful
I never knew heated apparel was this good
I'm an outdoors type of person — I like to be outside as much as possible, no matter what the weather is like or how cold it is.
I was never really into "techy" gear, so I never even thought twice about ever buying a heated jacket; this Venustas has kind of shifted my mindset on that. When I was offered an item to choose from their catalog, I landed on the Venustas Polar Fleece Jacket after contemplating a vest.
And I've been wearing it every single day since.

Being able to layer under the jacket and over it provides the ultimate warmth. With its 7.4v dual cell battery pack that heat carbon fiber elements, you capture and retain heat not only within the fleece jacket itself, but your other clothing as well.
The jacket features a cool button on the chest that you press, which gives you 3 different heat settings:
- Blue = Low
- White = Medium
- Red = High
With the polar fleece jacket, that equates to a full 10 hours of runtime on the lowest setting, 6 hours on medium, and 3 hours on high. Very good all around.
Whether you're camping, hanging out, or doing winter sports, a heated jacket provides not just warmth, but it also provides a little peace of mind — you don't worry you're going to get cold, particularly if you're not being active at the time.
Going forward, it's hard to imagine that I won't be wearing this thing all fall- and winter-long. I can sit outside in 30 degree weather with a couple of layers and feel the warmth building up inside of the jacket, and inside of my layers.
It's seriously hard to beat the functionality of a heated tech jacket.
Unless it's a heated vest... maybe I should get the vest too.
They sell these jackets on their website, and on Amazon.com
